Cooking classes for athletes
As a nutrition intern, I've been working with a sports dietitian at the University of Southern California. One of my responsibilities was to provide recipes and adjust them for any allergies and food intolerance that student-athletes may have. I've developed a lot of healthy recipes and now I'm putting them all together for my cookbook and videos! I use a lot of them to help you prepare nutritious meals at home and if you don't cook, you'll learn in no time!
CRAVING ULTIMATE FUEL
A couple of years ago, my friend Cassandra Sicre and I, have decided to make a documentary showing the gap in nutrition and athletes, and the need of education. I've interviewed few world class athletes, amateur athletes, occasional fitness enthusiasts, and coaches to put together a 1 hr documentary.
